What we collect

We collect your email address and the AI responses you choose to save to your Diary. We do not collect browsing history, keystrokes, or any data you do not explicitly save.

How we use your data

Your saved entries are stored securely in your personal diary. To power search, summaries and read-aloud, Forge sends text to AI service providers. Forge does not use your entries to train AI models, and we do not sell them. If you continue a conversation with an AI you choose, that provider's own terms apply.

Data storage

Your data is stored on servers in the European Union and is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use industry-standard security practices.

Cookies

We use a cookie to keep you signed in. We also use PostHog, hosted in the EU, to count visits and see which features get used, so we can improve Diary. It does not record your screen and it never sees what is in your entries. We do not use advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can export or delete all your data at any time from the Account menu in your Diary. Deleting your account removes your Diary and everything in it; we keep only the billing records that Swiss law requires us to retain, such as invoices, and these never include your saved entries.
