Acceptance

By using Diary you agree to these terms. Diary is operated by Xencore Global GmbH, Zürich, Switzerland.

Your account

You must be at least 16 years old to use Diary. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your account credentials.

Free plan

The free plan gives you access to save and retrieve AI responses. We may introduce limits on the free plan with 30 days notice.

Paid plans

If we offer paid plans, the price, billing period and renewal terms will be shown clearly before you subscribe. You can cancel at any time and your plan will stay active until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are handled as described at checkout and as required by applicable law.

Acceptable use

You may not use Diary to store illegal content, infringe on third-party rights, or circumvent security measures.

Your content

You own the content you save to your Diary. We do not claim any rights over your saved entries. You give us permission to store and process your entries only as needed to run Diary for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for what you choose to save.

Independence from AI providers

Diary is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or any other AI provider. Their names belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe where your saved responses came from.

Service availability

We work hard to keep Diary reliable, but it is provided “as is”. AI websites change often, so we cannot guarantee that every response will be captured completely or that Diary will always be available. We may improve, change or discontinue features, and we will give notice where we reasonably can. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the issue arose, except where the law does not permit a limit.

Termination

You may export your data or delete your account at any time from the Account menu in your Diary. When you delete your account, your entries are removed from Diary, and any remaining copies in our secure backups are deleted within 90 days. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of significant changes. If you keep using Diary after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The courts of Zürich, Switzerland have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
